About Us
Ray's Lawnmower Sales and Service has been serving the area's lawn
and garden needs since 1970. We are proud
of our continued commitment to our customers and community. It is
our promise to you that we will help you find the right outdoor
power equipment to suit your needs for your home or business and
to service that equipment for you as long as you own it.
Ray had a humble beginning when he started repairing lawnmowers
in the basement of his home back in 1970. As the business began
to grow, a garage also at his home, was built to accommodate the
repair shop and add space for sales. In 1976, as more spece was
needed, we moved to a vacant building on Route 53. Once again we
experienced the demand for more space to contain our ever-expanding
business. In 1979 we constructed the building which houses our current
place of business at 1478 Railroad Street in Summerhill. We continue
to provide a vast array of outdoor power equipment which includes
these products: lawnmowers, tractors, trimmers, chain saws, pressure
washers, rototillers, leaf blowers, snow blowers. We also have a
service department that boasts a combined total of over 50 years
experience. As in its beginnning, Ray's continues to be a family
owned and operated business. We continue with Ray's philosophy that,
"If something is worth doing, it is worth doing right!"
